Funder
Fund the First Flight
We are not asking you to fund scale. We are asking you to fund the evidence required to decide whether scaling makes sense.
Approximately 100 men across two annual milestones.
Flight 01 is a proposed Houston demonstration of Mentor-Coordinated Access to Prevention (MCAP). Between those milestones, PHILL would test whether Professional Mentorship, responsive HELP, trusted community access, and coordinated information can improve the participant journey and reveal where systems create unnecessary friction.
What the investment buys
Not simply: 100 people served. It finances:
- community co-design
- model development
- workforce preparation
- Professional Mentorship
- HELP
- technology prototyping
- preventive-health activation
- implementation
- research and evaluation
- economic analysis
- a decision about what should happen next
Preliminary Investment
Planning Estimate
$700,000
The current figure is preliminary and will be rebased after partner co-design and final evaluation planning.
The proposed financing structure is gated
At each major gate: CONTINUE / MODIFY / HOLD / STOP. Capital follows evidence.
What Flight 01 should produce
A funder should receive more than an activity report. Flight 01 is intended to generate:
- an evaluated implementation model
- participant journey evidence
- HELP utilization data
- mentor workload data
- community-engagement findings
- administrative-friction findings
- technology requirements
- cost-per-participant estimates
- mature recurring-cost projections
- a defensible recommendation about replication or scale
