Research With Us

We do not need researchers to prove PHILL works. We need researchers willing to find out whether it does.

Several core propositions remain hypotheses. That is intentional.

Flight 01 is being developed as a research-informed demonstration of a proposed model combining trusted community access, Professional Mentorship, milestone management, responsive support, and participant-centered coordination.

Questions we want to investigate

  • Can trusted community relationships create acceptable pathways into preventive-health engagement?
  • Can a professionalized nonclinical mentor role add value without duplicating existing disciplines?
  • What happens between annual preventive-health milestones?
  • Which barriers predict disengagement?
  • Can earlier intervention protect or recover threatened milestones?
  • Can administrative friction be meaningfully measured?
  • Does support intensity change as participant navigation capability develops?
  • Can longitudinal journey data reveal system problems that encounter-based data misses?

And ultimately: Is the model useful enough to warrant stronger evaluation, replication, or scale?

We are particularly interested in partners willing to help distinguish what PHILL believes from what the evidence can actually support. Flight 01 should be falsifiable. Negative and null findings matter.
