Flight 01

Men's Health Challenge

The Question: Can trusted community access, Professional Mentorship, responsive support, and milestone management strengthen longitudinal preventive-health engagement?

The Cohort

Approximately 100 men in Houston.

Why two milestones?

Because completing one appointment tells us very little about persistence. The important question is: What happened during the other 364 days? Flight 01 follows that space.

What happens if someone encounters a barrier?

That is where HELP — Health Equity Loss Prevention enters. PHILL identifies the barrier, determines whether existing resources can resolve it, deploys appropriate allowable support when necessary, verifies what happened, and records the result.

The objective is not to eliminate every problem from someone’s life. It is to determine whether timely support can prevent an avoidable barrier from becoming a lost milestone.

Flight 01

One cohort. Two milestones. Everything that happens between them.

Flight 01 proposes following approximately 100 men through a longitudinal Men’s Health Challenge.
