About LSIP
The Love & Social Impact Project
Stronger men. Healthier families. Thriving communities.
PHILL: Performance & Human Infrastructure for Learning & Leadership.Institutionalizing love as a public health strategy is the foundation of all our work.
Who we are
A community initiative, built on trust.
LSIP is developing the Men’s Health Challenge with the people it is meant to serve.
We are starting in Houston, bringing together men, community leaders, trusted messengers, healthcare providers, and local organizations to design a model that works in real life — and to be honest about what it takes to run it well. This website is an invitation to help build that model. It is not an enrollment page, and it does not present results that do not yet exist.
Fiscal sponsorship
The project, and who is accountable for it.
PHILL is the vision. LSIP is the pilot. The Men’s Health Challenge is the demonstration.
PHILL is an emerging human development and social investment initiative. Our first demonstration is being developed through Love & Social Impact Project (LSIP), a fiscally sponsored project of Social Good Fund.
Through LSIP, we are designing the Men’s Health Challenge, a proposed community-centered initiative that combines trusted relationships, healthcare partnerships, milestone management, and investment in men’s well-being. The pilot will help us test and refine the approaches that may inform PHILL’s future institutional and technology infrastructure.
A public-facing PHILL brand does not change who is responsible for the fiscally sponsored project. During the pilot, contracts, funding requests, donation processing, and financial representations follow the LSIP–Social Good Fund agreement, and PHILL-branded materials identify the fiscally sponsored project responsible for the activities. Any future transfer of intellectual property, assets, operations, or revenue would be reviewed under that agreement and applicable nonprofit rules.
