Partner With Us

Build the model with us, not around us.

The Men’s Health Challenge only works if the people and institutions who already serve men in Houston help design it.

Partnership here is a working relationship, not a logo placement. The people and institutions who already serve men in Houston help decide what the pilot looks like, how it is delivered, and how it is measured.

Status: proposed design and readiness stage

Partnership

Where partners fit.

Every partner brings something the pilot cannot build alone: reach, trust, clinical capability, or evidence.

What exploring partnership does not mean

  • No financial commitment is required to explore partnership.
  • No clinical services are being delivered yet.
  • No participant enrollment is open.
  • Nothing is published about a partner without their approval.

Start a conversation

Explore partnership.

Partnership begins with a structured design conversation, not a contract. Tell us who you are and what you would like to explore.

Partnership interest

Share your contact details and the kind of partnership you have in mind. We will follow up to schedule a conversation.

Please don’t include health information. We only need your contact details and how you’d like to be involved.

Please don’t include patient or personal health information in this form.

PHILL OS is the private operational platform used to manage goals, contributions, approvals, and performance. It is separate from this public website.

The Men’s Health Challenge is currently in its proposed design and readiness stage. Participation opportunities, program benefits, clinical partnerships, and launch dates will be announced only after the necessary approvals and agreements are in place.

Love & Social Impact Project (LSIP) is a fiscally sponsored project of Social Good Fund. PHILL is an emerging initiative, and the Men’s Health Challenge is developed through LSIP.
